Made of acetate

Our acetate production begins with carefully selected high-quality materials. The acetate material is placed in a press machine, and our craftsmen punch out shapes from the machine according to the required dimensions, ultimately forming the general outline of the acetate frames.

Molding

Using molding machines, the acetate is shaped in front of the machine to ensure that the clamps do not deform or warp.

This process allows the acetate clamps to maintain their shape and makes them durable, suitable for everyday use.

Surface treatment

Surface treatment options for acetate clamps include spray fixation. We use methods such as laser printing, engraving, and logo printing to add your logo or brand mark to the clamps.

Polish the edges

After the clamps are shaped, we will use skilled workers and advanced manufacturing equipment to handle the surface details of the clamps.

Acetic Acid Clip Assembly

This step is repeated on both sides of the clamp to ensure that the angles on both sides match perfectly. Our hand-set diamonds are a testament to our pursuit of excellence in quality.

Cleaning and Packaging

After the acetic acid gripper has been properly beveled and finely polished, it will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any remaining substances or marks on the gripper.

Afterwards, the gripper will be appropriately packaged according to your packaging preferences and prepared for shipment.
